- Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days and Standard Shipping can take up to 3 - 7 business days for all our products. Shipped items are calculated per weight and is also included in our pricing.
- Customers hold the responsibility to provide accurate shipping addresses and details. We do not ship to PO box addresses.
- Due to international producers, costs may change according to current global rates.

Return & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or other non-quality issues. All items are made-to-order.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a printing/manufacturing error, we’re happy to assist. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (including close-ups).
We will review the photos and submit a claim to our print provider.
If approved, we can arrange a free replacement sent directly to you or process a refund. You may not need to return the original item.
